We have developed a number of Windows CE applications mainly aimed at the Handheld PC 2000 platform. These have included applications that use the CE device's RS232 port to communicate with external devices and save configuration and results files onto Compact FLASH cards for analysis/import onto a desktop PC. One of our team has recently started learning Japanese, to help him learn the characters (kana) he has developed a flash-card style program that tests katakana and hiragana characters. This program is constantly being updated. The latest demonstration version is available for download via http://www.download.com. We have also developed a communications DLL for a customer using Windows CE devices to communicate with a job dispatch system via a radio network.
